Winona Controls recently installed new mechanical equipment in existing classrooms. This included multiple Unit Ventilators and 3 hot water boilers. This was just one of the many projects that we have done with that fine school district.

Winona Controls just recently finished installing the mechanical heating and cooling systems for the new Liberal Arts Center at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, IA. This was a geo-thermal system which utilized 3 water-to-water heat pumps, with Mechanical Sails installed in each room for convection cooling and heating.

Winona Controls is currently installing the hydronic heating system in the new Criminal Justice Center in Caledonia. This system includes 2 high efficency hot water boilers, 2 air cooled chillers, 7 air handling units, mulitple fan coil units, multiple vav’s, and multiple circulation pumps.

Winona Controls has recently finished installing temperature controls on the new equipment in the High School wing. This also included an upgrade to a “Web-Based” system. The equipment includes multiple unit ventilators, fan coil units, and 3 hot water boilers. Now they have a “Smart-Building” by Winona Controls!

Winona Controls is currently installing the Energy Management system at the new Criminal Justice Center in Caledonia, MN. We are installing a “Web-Based” system with the use of our Aspect line of controllers. This system employs are Native BACNet controllers which are also talking to manufactures BACNet controllers.
