Brief Overview
The new 123,000 square-foot building is located in Whitehall, WI. The new facility will continue its licensing as a 112 bed institution for mental disease and a 34 bed nursing home. We installed the Mechanical Heating & Cooling systems, which included 6 ERV’s, 1-200 ton Chiller, 1-30 ton Dry Cooler, 2-3000 MBH Hot Water Boilers, 1 MAU, 285 Fan Coil Units, and multiple CUH’s and Infloor zones.
We Installed a new HVAC system on the the nursing home. The System included new hot water boilers, fan coil units, and air cooled chiller.
