Upper Iowa University Student Housing Center, Fayette, IA
Winona Controls just recently finished installing the mechanical heating and cooling systems for the new Student Housing Center at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, IA. This was a geo-thermal system which utilized 3 water-to-water heat pumps, with Valance units installed in each resident room for convection cooling and heating.
